Weak design
In order to get it clean you have to try to take the black sliding part off, the plastic bit it attaches to is really weak, so it broke after a couple tries. What a waste of money.

Useless lid
A 5 cent plastic part renders a $40 coffee mug useless. The plastic fins that keep the slider in place break if you remove it for cleaning. Replacements should be FREE!

Lid leaks
I’m so sad! I was so excited to get my first swell tumbler. Not a tight fit and lid leaks. Save your money. Would buy another or recommend to a friend.
