I have type 4 natural hair which is fine but dense. I've always used a comb to detangle but recently found out about tangle teezer. I was worried because my hair is fine that the brush would cause breakage but it worked wonderfully on my hair. I lightly wet my hair and used conditioner to detangle. It left my hair feeling soft/smooth and enhanced curls that i didn't even know i had.

I have really tight (approx. 5 mm) corkscrew curls. My hair is fine but super dense (i.e., a lot of fine hair per square cm), and detangling was always a nightmare. Wide tooth combs never made things easier.
I wish I discovered this product 5 years ago. Best detangling brush ever. I still work section by section, but this brush cuts my detangling time by more than half.

I am having a hard time using this brush, it wants to keep falling out of my hands, but I do like that it doesn't hurt as much to comb my hair
