When I came across this blend, I thought it was interesting. I haven't tried such a combination before. The flavour is pretty good. It's not too strong, but somewhat light after steeping for several minutes. I don't know if I noticed any obvious physical or mental effects. However, I might have felt a bit more relaxed.

This is my favourite tea on earth!! Whenever I'm out for dinner and Zen tea is on the drinks menu, I buy a cup. It's the perfect pick-me-up for the afternoon with a small jolt of caffiene and rich, diverse flavours. Nothing else compares on the market, it's a classic flavour for Tazo and I hope they never discontinue it!

Tazo Zen is a lovely green tea with a mix of lemongrass and spearmint in it. It tastes great especially if you don’t like drinking straight up green tea, it’s nice having the extra different tastes to it so it’s not overpowering. This tea is very refreshing. I also like it as an iced tea. Definitely recommend Tazo Zen.

Tazo always has top quality tea and I've never tried one that I've outright hated. If you are also not a Green Tea lover, try this one, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I'm not usually a fan of green tea as I find it too bitter and I hate having to add sweeteners but this tea has a very nice balance of ingredients that make it just sweet enough for a green tea. I love to have this at night before bed to help decompress and relax.

It's a great afternoon pick me up, and the taste is subtle enough to actually keep you calm! I like to seep it for a good 15 mins and it's always good for a second seep (great for value!)

The ones they carry now is not as good as the tazo one. Its distinctively different from Asian green tea but its a very nice green tea.

They are usually very chamomile heavy, but in this case the taste is fresh and unique and cool. I love a cup of zen with my bedtime book, or when I need to self reflect.

I am not a fan of most green tea but the Tazo Zen is something special. Its light, and sweet, and a bit tart. I like it more with a squeeze of lemon in it and on days that I am stuffed up a shake of Cyanne pepper. I drink this tea when ever I am feeling a cold coming and it shake it out immediately.

Tazo Zen Green Tea is a lovely refreshing tea. I'm always looking for a green tea that doesn't have a bitter aftertaste, and this is a winner. It has a light spearmint mixed with green tea. You could either enjoy this tea with no sugar for full flavor or with a dash of sugar for a sweeter taste.

I love this brand of tea a lot, the flavours are always consistent and are tasty as heck. They taste more quality like higher end teas but they don't necessarily have the high price tag. green teas in general are what I tend to reach for and this has a nice lemongrass addition. 10/10 recommend

This is definitely one of my most favorite teas to drink!! I'm a huge tea drinker and I like to have at least 4-6cups throughout the day, but I like to mix them up so I can reek the benefits of different teas in the day. This one is really good! I like the spearmint in there too.

If you aren't as big into mint as the mint tea, this is the one for you. It has a blend of flavors that tastes a bit more balanced, kind of tastes like there is a hint of lemon.
Like all tazo teas the bag has never broken, you only need one bag for a cup to get the full flavour

This is the tea I drink every morning when I'm in the office. It gives me that boost of energy I need to get to lunch and tastes very refreshing! Out of all the green teas out there, this herbal blend is one of my favorites. You can really taste all of the listed ingredients!
