I just bought this cookbook because I was reading the recipes at my daughter's house (she recently purchased as well) and every recipe I read I said: "oh my that sounds delicious". I received my copy today and I've already flagged recipes I want to make as well as added to my grocery list. I really needed a reboot of my routine and I believe this is it.

I bought myself this cookbook after my naturopath recommended it. My niece is a vegan and after the birth of her son I was staying with her to help, took my cookbook and tried new recipes I hadn't made yet. Everything was a big hit and it meant she was keeping her strength up and able to nurse her preemie son. I left her the book when I returned home and immediately ordered another copy for myself.
