My husband uses this product on a daily basis due to bletharitis, which would otherwise leave him with severely dry and itchy eyelids. Theralid is the only product that significantly reduces the effects of the blocked oil glands on his eyelids. It's effectiveness is amazing. Would recommend to anyone with this problem. It's a game changer!

I don't feel right giving this product one star but it stung the skin underneath my eyes so badly that I can't use it. I know this is not likely to happen to others but I just want others with very sensitive skin around their eyes to consider this before purchasing this product. That said, I know people who use this product and it works great for them.

I have suffered with dry eyes forever, getting progressively worse over time. Now that I use Theralid every morning (I leave it on for the full minute) I notice a significant difference in eye comfort and a reduction in the number of times I put in drops. It's not a magic bullet but it helps.

A lid cleaner is not a soap. Not everyone requires a lid cleaner, however if your ophthalmologist recommends it, even washing your whole face with soap and water is not a substitute.
When Blephagel stopped selling in Canada my ophthalmologist recommended TheraTears. It works. I have not had any problems with the pump and it is not too strong for my skin. And unlike Blephagel, you don’t need cotton pads.

Great eyelid cleanser for those with itchy, burning or reddened eyes. I use it every night after a 5 - 10 minute hot compress on my eyes. I don't necessarily leave it on for the whole minute (unless I've omitted the compress). It's been very helpful for my chronically dry eyes.(precipitated by LASIK surgery and I've been told I have Rosacea)
