Each sachet contains 11 g of whey protein isolate, 4 g of sugar and no artificial flavour, colour or sweetener. It is designed with Xanthan gum and achieves IDDSI* level 3 consistency when mixed with 250 ml of 2% milk or 200 ml of water. Each carton contains 10 individually portioned sachets. Directions: Add one packet to 250 ml of 2% milk** Shake or stir vigorously for 1 minute until smooth. Wait 15 minutes and enjoy when the drink reaches the desired consistency. ** Can be prepared with 200 ml of water, if desired
