This alcohol-free cleansing milk helps repair a damaged skin barrier and calm signs of irritation, so skin feels comfortednever stripped or dry. Kombucha helps balance skin's microbiome and promote a healthy barrier, while Cucumber Extract delivers natural anti-inflammatory benefits.
Formulated for all skin types, especially sensitive, sensitized or reactive.
Directions: Apply 2-3 pumps to wet face, massaging in circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly and pat face dry.

Wasn’t for me
I’ve tried a handful of other products from Three Ships that I’ve LOVED, but I wouldn’t repurchase this one. It’s a milk cleanser not foaming (which is fine) but you need to use more pumps compared to foaming cleansers, and I have to wash at least twice to remove makeup. So for that reason, I go through it much too fast. I do like how it leaves my skin feeling soft and isn’t heavily scented, but it’s not practical to have to wash my face 2-3 times to remove makeup at the end of the day! Originally I was interested in trying this one because it’s the largest sized cleanser (please make the other bottles bigger!), and the kombucha - but it’s a no for me ☹ï¸

Great cleanser!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love the creaminess of the cleanser and that it's fragrance-free. I have mild rosacea and combination skin, and the Harmony cleanser didn't cause any breakouts, dryness, or oiliness. I'll definitely buy again! I'm also going to buy moisturizer.
Though I appreciate Three Ships' attention to sustainability by using glass containers for the cleanser, I don't want to use a glass bottle in the shower in case it falls and breaks, nor do I want to travel with glass. So I poured some into a silicone bottle for the shower. I encourage Three Ships to offer travel sizes or alternate packaging or both! Thanks for making clean, safe, and effective products!

Gentle and effective
Honestly, I was a little uncertain about this product as I don't normally like milky cleansers but I've been using this for the past 4 or 5 months and absolutely love it! It's super gentle on my sensitive skin (I have mild rosacea), removes makeup (even mascara) and leaves my skin feeling clean but moisturized. I will note that I don't wear mush makeup to begin with, so not sure of this would be enough to remove heavier makeup. I used to use the Purity wash from 3 Ships - which I would also recommend - but like this even better. Bonus, it's a much bigger size than Purity :)

Truly grateful and amazed!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Three Ships Harmony cleanser has literally brought healing and harmony to my life!
I had developed what I thought was mild dermatitis or 'maskne'. I naively self-treated it with a product containing tea tree oil. This destroyed my skin barrier and resulted in a plethora of horrendous symptoms.
I have been using Three Ships Harmony cleanser along with Replenish barrier repair serum and Dream night cream. I am so thrilled with the way this new regimen has brought my skin back into balance. I am a customer for life!

Fantastic
I thought i loved purity. I have sensitive, dry skin. This may sound strange to other skin types, but this is the first cleanser i have found that ACTUALLY leaves me with moisture on my face. Most irritate or still dry in some way. Really love the size and value, for the amount you need per wash, this bottle will last some time. If you are on the fence try it. So gentle, but effective for me. Would LOVE a Travel size of it at some point, but LOVE this larger size. Thanks for another great product for Dry And Sensitive 3 SHIPS!

Creamy cleanser

At first use, I thought it was causing me to break out, but I forgot to take into account that I usually get a few pimples at my jawline and forehead before my time of the month. But, after a few days of using Harmony, it was able to help calm down redness and breakdout. I particularly appreciate how creamy and smooth it feels upon application, and the softness it leaves on my face! New staple in my skin care routine.

Calming and creamy
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had high hopes for this cleanser with my difficult skin and it delivered. I have reactive, dry skin with dormant cystic acne. I switch out products for each season or during flare ups. Harmony has calming ingredients, luxurious consistency, no scent and no skin reactions. It’s what I’ve been looking for. My skin feels clean, soft and protected. Double cleanse is needed when using mineral makeup and sunscreen. I was very pleased to see Harmony in a 4oz bottle. It’s the perfect everyday size. Until now, Purify was my primary cleanser and I my only gripe was the tiny container. I suggest offering all cleansers in the 4oz as it lasts longer and the 2oz feels like using a travel size. Great product - I highly recommend it. Harmony will be on rotation with Purify in my routine.

My Favorite Cleanser
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been using this cleanser consistently since August 2023, and I have no complaints honestly. I switched from CeraVe after my crunchy conversion and wasn't sure if I'd find a cleanser that would leave my skin as happy and soft. Needless to say, Three Ships did not disappoint! I have no plans to change cleansers again, because this beautiful bottle evens out my complexion and lasts for months at a time!
