I love this product. Salicylic acid is such a wonder drug for blemished skin. The fact that this is naturally derived is a HUGE bonus. Aspen bark extract sounds and feels so much better to put on my face. Use with caution! It can be drying if you overuse a product with salicylic acid so be prepared to experiment with your routine a bit. I use it paired with an oil cleanser or in times when my skin has excess oil from different phases of my cycle. When I use it by itself I find it best to do at night rather than morning. Overall I’m super happy with this product. I’ve been looking for a mild salicylic acid for a long time.

Cleanses without drying out my sensitive skin
I needed something more effective for my summer combination skin type. I've got issues with blackheads around my nostrils and after my facial this past week, I wanted to keep this area as clean as possible. This cleanser did the trick! I could see by the end of the day that there is dirt and some clogged pores (it is currently summer and 30+degrees Celsius) in this area and after each use, the day's grime is all gone! This has not irritated my sensitive skin at all and I can safely say that salicylic acid has come a long way since I was a teenager. This cleanser and its ingredients were formulated with care.

"So far so good! "
"I have had the cleanser for just about 2 weeks now. I did purchase it with some other product, so I can't give it all of the credit, but my skin - particularly my maskne, has improved already in the short time. I had noticed a few reviews mentioning that it is really watery and while I did notice that at first, I have learned that your skin should be very wet when you apply it and it makes the foam last. This almost seems counterintuitive, but it solved the problem of it not lasting for me. I am an oil cleanser person, so that was a learning curve for me. That adjustment really helped."

As someone with hormone issues, I can VERY oily. This is one of the only products that can help cut down on oil and not outright strip my skin. My skin doesn't feel tight at all after using it and it usually goes red if you even touch it too much but this has yet to irritate my skin at all and I've been using it for months. It's really good for acne prone skin in my experience & the only drawback for me is the papaya scent is very strong at first but doesn't linger too long and the results make it something I can definitely tolerate, it's not unpleasant just very strong initially!

Exactly like described !
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've been using Refresh since August 9th, and I've had a stressful moving right after, so it definitely was felt on my skin. I had many pimples, my skin felt rough and heavy, but still, I can see that the products have a gentle effect on me. I love the smell of Refresh and the gentle bubbles on my skin. Although, I sometimes feel like there's no product on my hand / face, as it so delicate and gentle.
After two months, my skin is not clear of all my black and white heads, but I do see improvements and it makes me feel confident. I'll continue to use the product and hopefully, my skin will feel less charged with excessive sebum and pimples with time.

Foaming Fabulousness
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this cleanser! It's light in texture, light in scent (and I am scent sensitive) but big on results. I'm 57 and I've never used a cleansing product on a regular basis until I came across this product over a year ago, now I can't think of living without it. I have tried the purify cleanser by Three Ships, however I do enjoy the Refresh more because of its foam texture. This is a great first step in my trio of morning cleansing using Three Ships products. My skin feels soft, it looks supple, and it puts a smile on my face.

"Remedy in a bottle "
"This face wash literally helped clear my skin! After dabbling in a few new cosmetic products after a few months my pores became clogged and I was experiencing breakouts like never before. After taking the plunge with three ships, just a few weeks of changing my cleansing regimen wand tossing away those products my skin has never been better!
I am loving how clean it makes my face feel and the softness I experience afterwards! I love supporting Canadian products and am so happy to have found Three Ships! I am hoping for an eye cream and night cream in the future!"

I'm in love and shocked!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Wow is all I have to say!!! I wanted to try this cleanser when I first read about it.
But I had my doubts. I'm 41 and my skin is sensitive and needing more moisture. However I still experience small break outs monthly.
I was worried this would strip my skin.
Ladies this does the complete opposite of what I believed. It brightens and smooths my skin like I have never experienced with a cleanser.
This is not your typical foaming cleanser. I'm not sure the magic behind this but I LOVE IT!!
