Works, but some frustrations
It works for what we need. However, there have been some frustrations. We already owned the cheetah single passenger trailer, which I found more user friendly. This updated model has a rain cover that is very tight and hard to pull over. On top of that it has bungee cords that wrap around hooks, and one of the hooks came off already. The flag pole does not go in deep enough as with the previous model, and has popped out while riding. Finally taking it on and off the bike and converting to a stroller has been more challenging than with our Cheetah. The parts get stiff, and the rubber to hold the pin infront of the ball and socket is placed poorly or too tight, so that it's a pain each time to connect/disconnect. After the great experience we had with our Cheetah, I'm sorry they updated the 2 person Carrier from the Cheetah model to the Chariot Lite. Bummer.

Great Quality
I bought this a month ago and have loved using it as a stroller in the rain and cold. The plastic cover does a great job keeping out the cold and the weather. My two children 3.5 years and 14 months love it. I often catch them holding hands or my littlest is slinging his leg over his big sister. I was concerned I would not be able to see them, as the lite has a solid covering for the roof but I can easily lift the cover enough to peek in. We haven’t used it as a bike trailer yet but we are looking forward to taking on its first trip.

Excellent bike trailer AND stroller
We bought this Thule Lite Chariot from our local bike shop and have has it for a few years now. We bought it when our 2nd kid was a baby and now we have 4 kids that have all used this Chariot A TON and it is still going strong with more years of use still to come! Our only regret is not buying this sooner... seriously, the bike adventures we have been able to take our little kids on now because of this have been worth every penny this Chariot cost us. We have also purchased the Jogging Kit for this Chariot, and use this as a stroller in heavy duty snowy conditions and for running (sometimes running in heavy duty snowy conditions!) and it's served us soooo well. Zero complaints. We have the infant sling to use when our babies are young, and when they are older, we love that this is such an easy stroller for kids to hop in and out of themselves when we are at the zoo or some other activity they want to be in and out lots for. We have used it for 2 kids or 1 kid and a dog or just 1 kid on their own with extra room for backpacks and coats for school drop off and pickup. Wouldn't recommend this enough... literally has changed our life and how much fun we can have with our kids!!!

The best purchase I've made in recent memory.
The Thule Chariot Lite is well worth every penny spent. It ticks all of the boxes you hope it would. Easy to install, comfortable for the kids, lightweight, and so safe. It's a solid piece of equipment that gives me the confidence to ride any distance and over a variety of terrain. I'm a casual bike rider, and I was intimidated by the thought of towing my kids in a trailer. If anyone reading this shares similar doubts, I promise, you will not regret it. Pull the trigger, this thing is awesome!

Perfect for two kiddos!
We have wanted a double chariot for a long time after having a single and two kids. Both kids love it, and it's a super awesome way to get out and adventure with two!
It is a little tight of a fit when they're both bundled up with winter gear but they don't seem to mind.
