Thursday Plantation 100% pure Peppermint Oil is a cooling and refreshing essential oil used in aromatherapy to relieve digestive disturbances and symptoms of colds.
Features:
- 100% pure. Free from SLS, parabens, synthetics and fillers, guaranteeing an unaltered, pure oil
- Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/calmative
- Used in aromatherapy to help promote a sense of well-being through massage
- Used in aromatherapy as a carminative/antispasmodic for symptomatic relief of digestive discomfort
- Used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds/cough
Use: Adults - Mix 30 drops of oil in 20mL of carrier oil. Local application; apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. Do not use essential oils undiluted.
Medicinal Ingredient: Mentha x Piperita (Peppermint essential oil)
Do not use:
- If you have epilepsy or asthma. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin
- For external use only. Keep out of reach of children
- If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Centre
- If symptoms persist or worsen, contact a healthcare practitioner
- If you experience nausea, dizziness or an allergic reaction, discontinue use
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil
- Avoid exposure of applied area(s) to the sun

One of my favorite peppermint oil!
Not all the peppermint oil smell the same, this one smells pure and helps me with my headache when I put a bit of it on my temple.
