Disappointment With Stain Removal Capacity
I like Tide laundry soap. I decided to buy the Tide Pods as I felt it would accomplish a couple of the laundry tasks at one time.The family loved the smell of the clothing after the wash.
As usual I liked the brightness of my laundry but was very disappointed with the stain removal action of the detergent. I had to rewash the clothing with stains on them by first using a spray stain removal agent.
I tried several times using the pods and was unsuccessful in removing stains without first spraying the stains..
My hope is that this problem will be addressed by Tide. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion..

Excellence Again
I picked up some Tide Pods today as I hadn't yet tried the product. Once again, Tide, has introduced yet another great product which contains everything I am looking for in a detergent. I don't have to worry about adding the extras for the loads of laundry. The stain remover, whitener and detergent all work together for really clean clothing etc.
I did have one problem which I believe was my fault. A few of my towels came out of the wash machine with some blotchy (bleached out) spots. I should have waited for the pod to dissolve completely before I add anything into the wash machine.
Well Tide, you've done it again so "Congratulations",

Great but too expensive
I have always used Tide for my whites. Because it is expensive, I used other cheaper products for my colours and dark clothers. I have tried Pods and I really like it. The convienence is nice and all the products work together well. The only problem I have is the price. I guess Tide is expensive because it works well, but does it have to be so expensive? My whites came out very well, I wouldn't have used all the additives but it did a nice job. I demand nice, very clean, and sparkling whites. Tide gives that to me. The pods are just handly ad well thought out. Thank you for the convenience and please price it as low as possible.

Love it!
Controls the amounts used, rather than have "someone" pour instead of measuring liquid detergent. I found that "I" was getting through the liquid very quickly!!! Fragrance on the two I have used are lovely.
Gets fresh stains out, but not older ones. I have also tried the stain release pods which work well, but I pre-treat stains still - just in case. For loads that are more heavily soiled, I just add another 1 or 2 pods, depending on the size of load and add the stain release/in wash booster pod too. I shop around for the best deal in the stores I visit.
Give a small pack a try - I love Tide so trying these wasn't a big deal.

All talk. no.......
Ok, so it smells good and does remove alot of the my childs stains from her clothes. But that is where it ends. Finding the dried undisolved pods as well as pod stains on the bed sheets, towels and clothes has created more problems then they are worth. I have a front loading HE washer that I paid alot of money for (alot to me). Having to rewash articles of clothing several times is not why I bought it. Having to physically clean out the washer is not why I bought it. I thought I would be saving money by cutting back on water, not paying to wash the same things 3 times to make them wearable. Let the buyer beware!!!!!

Disappointed
Have used the pods for over a year in my front load Bosch. Over past few months have noticed they didn't dissolve leaving yucky slime on material that solidifies in the dryer. Even worse they have been staining clothing PERMANENTLY!! The American P&G site as all kinds of similar stories. Have been told by husband and teenage son NEVER to purchase again as several favourite shirts have been ruined. I don't understand why this product worked so well for months but last two purchase have not worked well at all.
I am going back to the ( less convenient) liquid.

Tide Pods are HORRIBLE
I have been a loyal Tide user for many many years and thought that your Tide Pods was a great idea, however, I have used them several times and have found that the pod doesn't seem to dissolve completely and I have found left over residue on my bedding and clothes. I am NOT impressed with Tide and after reading other customer reviews from people who seem to have the same issue I think it's time that Tide did something about it. It's not energy efficient if I have to wash the same load of laundry twice to get the residue of the clothes. Do something about this!!!

Disappointed!
Initially, I thought "great idea" but have since been disappointed, not by the product, but by the packaging. I just came home from a week of camping with lots of laundry to do and found ONCE AGAIN a sticky mass of pods stuck together due to a few broken ones. If you try to unstick a pod usually one will break. The outer packaging is strong but piling 1 Kg. of fragile little pods inside a strong bag does little to protect the pods from breaking (store packing?) and contaminating the whole bag. There has to be a better way of packing (think eggs)! Come on folks, a Grade 4 class would come up with a better plan!
