I absolutely love this product. After a long battle of being ill, this is the only product that did not turn my hair green. Well.ca is my go to for almost everything as the product selection is amazing.

This is a very good lightener. My hair color is a very dark blonde/light brown, with a few stray gray hairs here and there, and this product handles the total lightening to such a degree that I end up with the "10XL Extra Light Blonde" shade without having to re-colour after the lightening. I am very pleased with the results, and my hair has stayed undamaged despite me using this product every 3 weeks on average (my hair grows very fast after is lightened).

I was skeptical about this product working to lighten dark hair. I had a super dark purple and dark brown roots. It actually worked as well as bleach and my hair isn't damaged at all. It didn't burn like bleach nor did any hair fall out while brushing. I highly recommend this as an alternative to bleach because it isn't as damaging. The only downside is it isn't as liquidy as bleach so you need two packages even if you are just doing your roots or have shorter hair. I know it's pricey but it's cheaper than a hair stylist and it's worth it if you don't want to damage your hair but need to lighten it. I wish I knew about this when I started bleaching because I could have saved my hair from all the damage. I'd give it a 5 if you didn't need more than one pack.
