Light weight and good curl definition
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this #freeproduct through #tryitwithtopbox and have been using it regularly for the last 3 weeks. Based on similar products I have tried before I was concerned that this spray might make my hair crunchy, but that was not the case at all. My curls are soft, defined and shiny. As well the smell of the spray is lovely. I gave only 4 stars however because it doesn’t last quite as long as other products. I have found that the next day I need to completely re-wet my hair and respray the product. This is the case even if I wear a bonnet.

It effortlessly enhances my waves and adds volume without any unwanted frizz with a soft hold. No crunch feeling. Also, I love how this defining mist smells. It’s smells so wonderful and I get compliments when I use it. My hair looks like I get it done at the salon whenever I use this defining mist. I highly recommend... especially for wavy hair. Not Sure What to Make of It

I have waves but I haven't been able to find the right products to define them. After putting in slightly more effort in my hair this week, I didn't notice much of a difference in texture, despite following the instructions provided.
I used this product two times and still have yet to see defined waves. I'll likely keep trying the product to see if there's something I'm missing but overall, could have been better.

Definite pluses

There are a few things that I liked about this product, namely the PETA approval. It did provide some shape and smoother texture to my hair. I did not like the smell or the black bottle. Sure, the packing looks sleek, but black plastics are not recycled. I don't think I will be twirling my hair (according to some of the instructions) or doing anything beyond air or towel drying - that's a bit too fiddly for me.

Good, not great

It worked well when combined with other techniques - for example I sprayed this through damp hair and then let it dry fully in a braid and was happy with the style and hold. But when I tried this without the extra effort (just sprayed in damp hair and scrunched) it really didn't hold compared to mousse or a curl cream. I'm really glad for the opportunity to #trywithtopbox #freeproduct, and will continue to use it for overnight braids

First and foremost, this is a generous portion of product for the suggested retail price, and I really liked that factor off the bat, despite my review being incentivized. This product is multi-featured and lives up to its claims fairly well. I sprayed this product on damp, clean hair, and combed-through to let it airdry. The scent, while not something I was excited about, was mild and not overpowering.
I loved that my hair was soft to the touch, while still having some hold to define and shine my natural waves. I also enjoyed that it incresed the volume in my hair, which is always a bonus. Overall, I liked this wave enhancer.

Don't think my hair is wavy enough...

I followed the directions and applied on damp hair, but it didn't enhance my waves at all. In fact, my hair felt kind of crunchy when it dried! The smell is okay, but not great. The only pro it seems to have for me is that it offers heat protection.
I'm going to be giving this to a friend that has wavier hair in hopes she has better luck!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recieved this product #free product form top topbox# if you having thin hair this volumizing mist has been a great help. You just spray and work into your roots and blow dry. It gives a nice amount of body. It doesn't leave a sticky feeling which I find to be important. Has a nice subtle smell. I like the size of bottle as it's much easier to spray and work with rather than a tall clumsy bottle. Very pleased and will continue to use.
