I wish they actually worked
I so badly wanted to like these strips. I first bought the regular and then decided to give the platinum a try before reviewing them. For a quick refresh of clothes (say, mid vacation) they are handy and work well enough. However they simply don't clean well enough for regular use for our family. Simple food stains, fresh blood stains, all things regular liquid and powder detergent handle with ease were barely touched, even with the platinum formula. Clothes honestly look and smell like they've just been washed in plain water. I don't trust that our clothes are being properly cleaned so it's back to the usual stuff for now.

Work well for my needs
I see negative comments from those washing heavy duty loads. For an average adult, no pets or kids, I love these and find they work fantastic! My clothes come out smelling clean and fresh without too strong of a perfume scent. I was worried when I first opened the package that the scent would be too strong because I have some sensitivities, but it is much more diluted after going through the wash. I like this scent better than the baby one which I tried in the past. I rip them up and put them in the detergent drawer and they always get washed away and dissolve without an residue. Would definitely recommend to save space/waste.

The best
I’ve used the platinum strips for a few years now, try some liquid or something when I’m running short, and always come back to these strips. They’re convenient works so well and so environmentally friendly. I even sent a huge pack with my daughter to university and they were so small in residence and in her apartment now, take up next to the room and are so convenient. I highly recommend. Once you start you’ll never go back to huge plastic jugs, which are a pain in the butt and expensive Not to mention The waist, environmental impact of petroleum-based products. Don’t sleep on these.

Wanted to love it - not for dirty clothes
I really wanted to love this product and was very excited to give it a try. My children are 3 and 5 which means some days we are dealing with accidents. I was very disappointed to find that after running a load of laundry the clothes still smelled like they hadn't been washed at all. I wasn't expecting a strong smell from the fresh linen scent but I was expecting the clothes to not smell like that #1 accident I was cleaning up.
Pros: did dissolve entirely as advertised and the packaging isn't wasteful
Con: didn't clean our clothes

Overwhelming perfume smell..
Just received this and the baby strips, haven’t had a chance to use them yet but the fresh linen smell is VERY strong my whole bathroom/laundry room smells like perfume.. not in a good way. Love the idea and the baby ones are wayyyyvless scented. Think I will try the unscented strips.

Best laundry detergent out there!
Absolutely love this laundry detergent. I've been using it for several years and will never go back to bottled detergent. I run a business where I'm doing a minimum of five large loads of laundry a day. In the past, I was going through an extra large plastic laundry detergent bottle at least once a week, which accumulated in my recycle bin very quickly. Tru Earth not only saves me a ton of space in my laundry room, but keeps my recycle bin clear of plastic laundry detergent bottles. I just wish the fabric softener sheets also came in a year supply!
