Worked for my dog
I have a 5 year old, sixteen pound Morkie male who bounces off the walls. Despite daycare where they do not kennel him and hes free to play throughout the day, a half hour walk in the morning and a half hour to 45 min walk at night, he would not calm down for bed. So I added dog puzzles to try and calm his mind. His vet put him on Calmy Calm ( anti anxiety medication) which actually made him worse. I was getting super frustrated and didn't know what else to try. I was worried I might have to give the dog up to a farm with acres of land that he could just run all day long, dig, roll in cow dung and just be his general destructive self. After venting to my daycare lady, she suggested True Leaf. I can't say the dog is normal now and I still have to keep up his exercise, but adding in True Life has changed bedtime dramatically. I put 2 pumps of oil into his wet food at about 8 pm. By 10 pm, the dog is out cold and the household can actually get some sleep.

Doesn’t work
Bought this to see if it would help my male dog with anxiety in the evenings, was giving it to both my dogs as instructed it’s been 2 weeks- no changes

Not effective
I agree with the previous reviewer. There has been no change in my adult male dog's behaviour.
