Perfect in the shower
I am very pleased with the two Droplet Soap Pumps I purchased. The design makes this easy to use under warm/hot water and the acrylic would undoubtedly survive any accidental dropping. Also, the pump is very beautiful and makes a lovely addition to my bathroom.

Leaking
Like another reviewer commented, my soap dispenser has sprung a leak. As a matter of fact, this is the second one that I have purchased, and both are leaking. There must be hairline cracks in the base. In addition, the spouts discolour and turn green. So although I loved the look of this pump, I am quite disappointed in its longevity and the way it has been made.

Leaks from bottom
I’ve had my soap dispenser for a few years and, like so many others, mine started leaking from the bottom after only a few months. I really like the looks of it, so I sit mine on a flat glass candle holder, but it still makes a mess. Thought mine was just a dud and was going to replace it - glad I checked the reviews before I did. Disappointing, as I’m a fan of Umbra products.

Leaks, rusts
I bought this because I liked the clean, simple design but the teardrop shape is not designed well. Every time you go to press the pump with your wet hands, the water from your hands drips and the shape of the bottle allows it to dribble down and pool at the bottom. And what's worse, I bought the version with the stainless steel bottom and I saw the bottom RUSTED due to the water collection! This is not acceptable and I don't recommend this product.

Beautiful, but...
I've had this for years. It's beautiful and I loved it for awhile, but the chrome/metal finishing on the tip of the nozzle has faded. So now it is unfortunately not so beautiful. I'm in the market for something else, sadly.

Leaked - TWICE!
I loved the look of this dishsoap dispenser, but within a few months it started leaking from somewhere on the bottom. I thought that it was just a fluke, so because I loved the look so much I went ahead & bought a second one. The same thing happened with the second one! Extremely disappointing. I definitely would not buy it again!

Looks nice but falls apart
I just received a refund for the five of these I purchased. The leaking begins and then the bottom falls out. But, they sure do look pretty.
