Great Design Alternative to Standard Shower Racks
Works as intended. I initially had difficulty with it falling off the wall multiple times as many others have stated, but I cleaned the wall more thoroughly with a damp cloth (just water) and also moistened the suction cups with a damp cloth first before attempting to stick and lock it into place and that sorted out the issue permanently. The product is more on the off-white/cream side than snow white (like it is pictured), so if you're going for an all-white, clean, crisp bathroom aesthetic this shelf might throw things off for you.

Exactly What I Needed
This shelf is beautiful alternative to your typical shower caddy. It’s minimal but versatile. It holds a lot and has drainage holes (yay!)
Just be sure to place it on solid surfaces (ex. Not partially on grout) otherwise it may not adhere.

Won’t stay up!
This stayed up for one month, I thought it was the best product ever. One day it fell and now it won’t stay up for more than a few hours no matter what I do. I don’t have anything heavy on it (two bars of soap and a razor) and just doesn’t work. I wish I knew this when I could return it but now it’s past the return date and I’m left with garbage.

Awful Product
Read and followed the instructions. Had two of these shelves as well as the tooth brush holder for just over an hour and they’ve already fallen off 3-4 times. I’ve given up putting them up again. These suction cup products never work. I had Better Living shelves that worked great. They had to be siliconed so of course they stuck. Wasn’t an issue removing them and removing the silicone after. Highly suggest those instead.

Not sure to lock at all
I recently bought a pair of these and tried to mount them on plain bathroom tile as the photos indicate--not over gaps or on grout. There was no adhesive strength and after a few minutes of holding it manually in place it slowly slid and fell. I will have to use some other method. Too bad the design is good but as sold it was dysfunctional
