Excellent quality!
Bought the terrazzo style of this soap pump and realized after I ordered it that it said it was "resin". I was a bit concerned that it would be cheap plastic but actually was super pleased with how heavy and sturdy this soap pump is. I honestly would have thought it was ceramic if I hadn't seen the description as resin. It's heavy and very well made. We absolutely love the quality but also it looks really stylish too. Holds a good amount of soap. Love the terrazzo pattern so much! Highly recommended!

Fine countertop addition
It does look as you would imagine it from the pictures, HOWEVER, the base is not cut perpendicular to the body... as a result, there is a noticeable tilt... kind of like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It can be annoying trying to find the right placement... does it lean away from the user? does it lean towards the user?

Terrible quality
I bought three of these a few years ago. The pump on one had to be replaced after a few uses. Umbra replaced it (though it took several weeks). All of soap dispensers broke within 1-2 years of use - the part that you screw the pump into broke off entirely from the mail receptacle on two of them, and the chrome top came off the top of the third. The chrome plating at the tip of the pump also flaked off. I would not recommend at all.

elegant and practical
I needed a pump to dispense hand sanitiser.
I chose the clear model because I want my visitors to know exactly what is inside the pump. It's an elegant design. Aesthetics aside, I wanted a simple, clinical appearance that was purposeful and expressed a direct visual message: Use it.
The button is large but more importantly, the pump delivers the correct amount of hand sanitiser.

Amazing soap pump!
We have had this product for over a year and it is still working great. There has never been an issue with soap build up or difficulties dispensing. It is easy to depress the plunger with a single hand. It is very easy to clean with a few quick wipes. It looks great on our countertop!

Pretty and of Great Quality
I have been using this for some number of weeks and from what I can tell, it's of very good quality. Also, I got it in the gray-multi option, and it looks very nice in my bathroom. Really great product for the price.
