Not Practical
I bought two of these a week ago. The instruction is to twist the base and it will come out of the black cover to fill up - but there is an internal black "cap" that does not disconnect from the "bottle" base and separates from the spout inside the black cover. I then have to spend time taking it off then putting it back on and lining it up with the spout. The press down gets stuck as well so that a "soft touch" won't work or make it bounce back. I am also having issues with soap getting all over the container between the bottle and the black cover. Very disappointed. Likely will need to throw out and replace with something better.

Disappointing
I bought this about a month ago and have been very disappointed. I’m really surprised at all the positive reviews. Ours has immediately accumulated soap both inside and outside and gets soapy goo on the counter (despite having cleaned it several times and ensuring there is no overfill). Would not recommend.

Sleek design, easy to use!
I have been using this for a month now and I wish I bought one for all of the bathrooms. I bought one for the kitchen and one for the laundry room. Easy to use when hands are dirty (use back of hand or arm to push down). Will be buying more shortly!

Great look
My soap dispenser keeps on getting stuck and I have to pick it up and turn the bottom to get it going again. I'm disappointed.
