Grande déception
J’avais déjà plusieurs pompes comme celle-ci à la maison avec lesquelles j’étais pleinement satisfaite et c’est pourquoi j’en ai commandé deux autres pour le chalet. Malheureusement, la qualité de celles récemment commandée est beaucoup moindre, comme tous les autres produits de cette collection commandés (poubelles, brosses à toilettes, supports à savon et à brosses à dents). Je suis très déçue. Je ne m’attendais vraiment pas à des produits de piètre qualité de la part d’Umbra. J’avais toujours apprécié les produits de la marque dans le passé mais j’y repenserai à deux fois avant de commander de nouveau…

Rusts easily!
I wish I had read these reviews before I bought it. The metal nozzle rusted up almost immediately. Pretty disappointing that the designers didn't think to use rust-proof materials when making something you use to wash your hands.

Not great
I bought these about a month ago for our new home and they have all started to rust on the outside where the soap dispenses. Looks good, but not happy with the functionality. Not happy that I bought one for each sink.

Cute design, terrible quality
Bought two of these for both our bathrooms, and both developed issues within a month of using. Both had the rust issues other reviewers have mentioned. One, the internal part broke away from the casing, and the other, the clear plastic has cracked. And with the way they're designed, soap leaks out after a full pump creating a mess. Regret buying these.

Do not buy
This awful, one of mine broke right out of the box… actually 2 if you count the tall black one I bought and they’re messy, I bought these in hopes of using less plastic and just refilling but they are not good. I’m too proud to get rid of the one working one yet because my husband will definitely call me out for buying a something less than ideal.
