Hard working hands from
Lifesaver!
I have been having major problems with my hands and wrists for a couple months now, out of nowhere. I am used to having dry hands with my job. I detail, so I work with a lot of chemicals, and wash my hands non stop. Recently they have bovine severely irritated, breaking out in a rash around my knuckles and around my wrists. And beyond dry, lizard like. Very painful, and everything I tried to soothe the pain and add moisture to my skin only burned. I was going to go to the dr about it, but wanted to try something hypoallergenic first over the counter. This product has provided me with much needed relief for the pain and dryness in my hands. It's not greasy at all, for those who want an honest opinion. Thank you!!

Why oh why???
Why in the world did you change from the original formula? I have been using your lotion for almost 40 years. I was born with Ichthyosis and your lotion was my savior. I am never without it.
The new formula is horrible. It is watery, greasy and non absorbent. It does not moisten the skin other than by sitting on the surface and getting on everything I touch.
Why did you do this? Was this a cost saving measure? Or a way to reinvent an old product?
Please go back to the original formula. I am out trying every other brand on a daily basis to find a replacement.

Please bring back old formula
When I went to purchase another bottle of lotion after I ran out I bought this thinking it was the same just new packaging. However after trying it I found it did not work on my hands at all. The previous version had been the only lotion that had worked to keep my hands from becoming dry and cracked. However this new product just doesn't work. Please bring back the previous formula.

Terrible compared to the old version.
I bought the old version of this product religiously for more than a decade. The only thing we could find at the store was this "new" version. It is awful. It IS greasy and takes longer to absorb. Right now 2 hours after I put it on my hands have a bit of a stickiness to them. The worst part is that when I wash my hands throughout the day, it seems to reactivate the lotion and make them greasy again. It's a shame that I'm going to have to find a different product. The old was was perfect. It did not need to be changed.

Intensive Lotion that does wonders on dry skin
My skin tends to be very dry and itchy so I am always on the look out for a great lotion that will help battle that. Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced repair lotion has drops of vaseline jelly that has really made a huge difference in my skin. Now it is hydrated and moisturized leaving me with smooth , soft skin. The lotion was nice and creamy , non -greasy and felt wonderful. I couldn't believe the noticeable change after only using it for a few days , intensive (yes) , shows results (yes) , loved it (absolutely.) I was so impressed with how well the lotion worked for me I actually stopped using my current lotion and this is all I now use. Fabulous product . #YouGlowGirl #freeproducts

Please go back to the old formula!
The "new" Vaseline Intensive Care, advanced repair for very dry skin, is a huge disappointment. I have been using Vaseline Intensive care hand lotion, for dry skin, for decades. It has always been the best hand lotion I have ever used, and I have tried a variety, looking for the perfect one.
The formula just prior to this new one was PERFECT!!! It absorbed very fast, less than five seconds. I didn't need to use very much, and it left my skin feeling moisturized and NOT greasy. This new formula is so horrible I will never buy it again. It takes a VERY LONG time to work into the skin, and I mean a VERY LONG time, and it leave my palms so greasy that things are slipping in my hands, like doorknobs, glasses filled with liquid, metal handles on pots filled with scalding hot liquids, etc. Its extremely runny, like it's been watered way down. I tried using less, to hopefully avoid the extreme greasiness, but that just left my skin very dry, like I hadn't put any on. When I put on enough of the lotion so that my skin no longer feels dry, the palms and fingertips of my hands are VERY greasy.
Luckily I was able to find an old bottle, with the old formula, with some left in the bottom, and I am using that until I find another hand lotion to use. The old formula was literally perfect in every way. I LOVED it. Why would anyone mess with perfection? This is not better, and is in fact many times worse, to the point of being useless.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) First I want to say that I really enjoy the light fragrance of this product. Some products can be overwhelming when it comes to their scent but this was light and very pleasant.<br />
Secondly this cream absorbed very easily into my skin and left me feeling soft to the touch with no greasy feel.<br />
I would say that this cream definitely made my skin less dry and the vaseline jelly did help to hold moisture in my skin longer than other products.<br />
The only thing about Vaseline Intensive Care Mature Skin Rejuvenation Healing Moisture lotion that I did not like was how long the name is.

Unfortunate
I am one of the many people who are very sad that the formula has changed. This new lotion does not do the same job that the old one did. It feels more greasy, as others have stated, and leaves my hands feeling dry and almost slightly sticky soon after use. I've tried both the scented and unscented in hopes that one would be closer to the old one, but they are both not what they used to be.
I will mention that I am sorely disappointed at the loss because I have extreme OCD with my hands and had a bottle of the old formula on hand at all times no matter where I went because I hate dry hands and the feeling of being unclean. It seems silly, but I feel almost distressed that I don't have it any more. I've just scraped the last bottle clean with my finger and now I will have to desperately try to find some elsewhere. Nothing did the trick like that old formula.
Feel free to contact me on it for more feedback if it's needed, Vaseline company. I've been a loyal user of your lotion for pretty much my entire life. Please bring back the old formula.
