My lips have never felt better but....
I have obsession with any items related to my lips.. from lip glosses to lip therapies. This item for me, combines the both! Its a really great lip therapy that has helped heal my (and my 4 yr old daughter's) severely chapped lips + it gives me a great shine with applied over my daily lipstick. The only negative I see about this item, is in the packaging. The tin is adorable, but I can't tell you how much product has gotten onto my fingers while trying to open it! Please please change the packaging and this product will be a 10/10! Still, despite my packaging issues, I will continue buying this fantastic product and keep on recommending it to my friends and family!

Really Nice!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was pleasantly surprised with this balm. I was expecting it to be super heavy and sticky. On the contrary it's super light and soft. The product glides right in to your lips leaving them with a light shine and subtle cocoa scent. Love it.

Love the new formula!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was a pleasant surprise. The old packaging was super cute (the mini Vaseline pots) but this is way more user friendly. The formula was much more creamy and learn greasy than in the past. The scent was nice and light and it overall had no taste, which is good. I hate when lip balms try to taste like candy. I would often put this on before bed and it lasted - there would still be some on when I woke up! I found this to be a great barrier balm -it stopped my lips from becoming chapped but was not the MOST effective at healing them if they were already cracked.

Love the product - hate the tin
This isnprobably the most hydrating lip product i have found, and I love it. Instant moisture, and long lasting hydration. But the tin is awful. A lot of times I get so frustrated trying to open it I resort to using another product. If the tin had a proper screw on/off lid, it would be perfect. But fighting to get it opened and closed is beyond frustrating!

Awful packaging
This tin is impossible to open. I have use 4 different tools but my fingers are not strong enough to open it. No lip balm is worth this much trouble.

Great lip balm, awful packaging
I love this lip balm so much. It moistens and lasts! It doesn't dry my lips out! It tastes good but not too good! But the tin is really awful. It's incredibly hard to open--often it won't spin open and it's really hard to pry open with your fingernails; sometimes I have to clamp the bottom in my teeth and pry the top off, which makes my jaw creak alarmingly. I really wish it still came in the old mini-Vaseline containers, or that the tin had a twist opener like a shoe polish tin, or SOMETHING.

Handy little tin to keep on hand!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this no-spill tin to keep handy. I know it's for my lips, but I have used it in a pinch for all sorts of dry spots. I spend time outdoors in the winter, and it's great for protecting my skin from the drying cold. I love the tin, as it's a nice no-spill container to pack around in my purse or pocket. It's great to help with my eczema dry patches.

Looking for a good lip balm
I tried this for the first time. I love cocoa butter and thought I would give it a try. The product is nice with an excellent flavour. Firstly, I don't like applying anything to my lips with my fingers - this is especially hard when a bathroom is not readily available to wash my hands. Secondly, the tin opened while in my purse, thankfully I had it in a side pocket where it couldn't mix with anything else. Lastly, the formula is a bit "thin". I found my lips "sliding" a lot and wearing off quite quickly. Thicken it up a bit and put it in a tube and it will be perfect!!
