My sister loves it!
I purchased the light for my sister who lives in an area where it is cloudy and rainy all winter. She loves it. She could feel the uplifting light from the very beginning. Sunlight is essential even if it comes from this lamp. Three thumbs up.

So far so good
I used it every morning for a month before reviewing, and it seems to be effective at giving me more energy and ending seasonal depression. Avoid the Amazon knock offs. Definitely worth a shot especially at this price!

Just get it!
I was a nonbeliever but after one light session I’m a convert. I can’t believe that ten minutes with this light in the morning opens my chest, energizes me, makes me happy. Worth every penny.
