Directions of Use: Quick use: Dilute 3-5 drops (up to 0.5 ml) of Eucalyptus essential oil in a bowl of hot water (not too hot, just enough to produce steam) and position your face over it with a towel over your head. Inhale the water vapor and let it soothe and clear your airway. Experience through diffusion: Drop a few drops of essential oil in the sauna to open your airway Experience through bath: Dispense 0.5ml - 1ml of WILL essential oil into a warm bath for an immersive experience. Experience through application: Dilute 3-5 drops (up to 0.25 ml) of essential oil blend in 10 ml of carrier oil for local application
