This product does soften cuticles. You have to use it several times on neglected cuticles such as them toes. It's easy and convenient to use and is odourless. My wife and I both got one and we like the product's results.

Product came with no instructions on how to apply the oil to your fingers. Just says apply oil, let it soak in and gently push back cuticles with the tip, The white tip is very firm and seems to have absorbed the oil from the container so you end up trying to rub the oil onto your cuticle using the tip. Little comes out and it is uneven. Last thing dry cuticles need is rubbing. Tried taking tip out and getting oil out that way but no luck. What oil I can get out seems nourishing and helpful but enough doesn't come out to really soften the cutilcles and "gently" push them back as directed. Maybe I got a bad tube. Tried to find comments or instructions online but nothing. I hope the oil delivery can be improved as this product is what I need and the idea is great- compact and not messy

I am finding that the oil doesn't come out very easily.
