The tea tastes very good, and I enjoy drinking it. I cannot say for sure that it increases milk production, but it does encourage me to drink more fluids. I did notice my baby spits up a bit more when I drink it a few days in a row.

I tried it all - fennel water, mothers milk tea, etc - but only had success with weleda. Gave me an extra ounce per feed when taken regularly! Taste isn't too bad either!

It works great! Within a few days of drinking it I saw a difference. Doesnt taste bad as well. Highly recommend it.

It's working great for me, but I do believe that there are several other factors that influence the lactation (proper diet and enough water, good rest, less stress, a little bit of outdoor activity - walking is fine; stimulating the lactation by breastfeeding as often as possible). I find this tea very convenient too because of the individual packaging; the taste is neutral in my opinion, I drink it unsweetened; the only thing that should be improved is the price, especially if you drink 3 cups a day as recommended :)

Tried this and we found that our baby spit up more when I drank the tea. Not sure if there was a connection or not so we discontinued use. Taste is not bad and I think it made a difference in helping milk production but unfortunately our baby didn't seem to like it. Worth a try, but just be aware and monitor yourself and baby.

This tea is very comforting. I brew a cup in a travel mug every evening and drink it when I'm up in the night breastfeeding. I find it soothing and effective.

I tried a few nursing teas and this one seems to makes a difference, in that when baby nurses after i drink this consistently for a day she sometimes has to pause to keep up with flow (when she was under 6 weeks of age). Tastes fine too, similar to other fenugreek based teas.

It really works for me, I like taste and result.
