Wise By Nature is a non-refrigerated smoothie mix. Contain real freeze-dried fruits, pea protein and no added sugar.

Raspberry, Blueberry, Strawberry, Blackberry and Vanilla flavoured.

Directions: Using a blender or bottle with a mixing ball, mix 3 tablespoons of Rouge with one cup of milk of your choice. Add ice cubes prior to mixing for optimal texture and temperature.
