Worst travel mug ever
This is the worst travel mug ever, it’s almost laughable how bad it is. It’s not properly insulated so if you make a hot drink you can’t even hold it with bare hands because it will burn you. The mouth spout is terrible, it leaks all over your face when you try to take a sip. Also, it’s not leak proof so even placing it in a cup holder in your car or stroller will leave a massive mess. I complained to Well and Porter and both won’t offer anything. Huge waste of money, you can get a Yeti for the same price and it’s actually functional.

Not colour as shown in picture
This tumbler is not cream at all, it is purely white with the specks of colour. Still looks nice but I was expecting the cream colour as shown in the picture and as stated in the name.

Agreed. Worst ever. I do not know how this mug got made. It sits in my cupboard and no one ever uses it because it burns your hands and makes your coffee cold at the same time. I feel ripped off.
