Directions: Mix one scoop per 235-295ml of water, twice daily. Shake well and consume during exercise on training days, or throughout the day on non-training days.

Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking Levodopa, a medication used to treat Parkinson's disease. If gastrointestinal distress including diarrhea, vomiting, nausea or abdominal swelling occurs, discontinue use.
