Not what I expected

1 STAR for this lunch bag.
I was unable to find this in store to take a look at but the price was decent & I own a few of the Yumbox lunch boxes (they are great) so I ordered this lunch bag. For the price & for the name brand I was expecting this to be of higher quality.
Cons: The front pocket does not have a zipper, for me this deems the pocket useless.
The lunch bag is not waterproof/of quality that could keep a spill inside the bag & liquid spills come out the seams. (My kids have used crocodile creek & Montii Co lunch bags & they keep spills contained.)
The material feels cheap & not as durable as expected.
Pros: It does fit the larger yumbox lunch container (I think it's called the tapas). With room to stack more containers if needed.
Well.ca customer service was AMAZING I asked if I was able to send this back so I could get something that suits my needs & they were fantastic with refunding me quickly.
