Did'nt know what to expect since I initially thought i had ordered the spaghetti version. Sooo good and easy to cook. There is no smell and you should'nt boil it first. I feel like they would become too mushy. Just strir fry it alone (no oil or it starts poping la pop-corn) then add the vegetables and seasoning. You could also add the vegetables first

Don't expect it to be an exact substitute for the real thing, Make sure once it's rinsed that you dry adequately. It's a delicious replacement for rice, and I will reorder once my supply runs out.
