Rated 5 out of 5 by from You Can Really Feel it Doing its Work!!! I have been wondering about Dermal Rollers since I saw it in a dermatology clinic nearby. I have always had nice skin except for some whitehead zits which I was taught by my Mom to always be aware of. If I don't pay attention to this type of skin problem I run the risk of having large clogged pores which might sully the look of my complexion!!!! So this tool is great! You can use it maybe every couple weeks and it unclogs some of the pores, increases blood circulation and makes a small pin into the skin in areas that are hard to reach with squeezing fingers. Then you can apply a toner and use the same toner or to clean the tool. It's great for areas of the face that are hard to get to, like the sides of the nose, t zone and sides of the chin.
