Good overall
My daughter absolutely loves her new backpack. It is spacious and comes in a cute animal print. I took down a star because the straps don’t offer much support. They are not padded. Because my daughter is in kindergarten, I don’t think the straps will make too much of a difference since she is not carrying heavy objects.

No Padding on the shoulder straps!!!
Bought this backpack for my daughter going into JK. Thought it was so cute, but when it arrived noticed there is no padding on the shoulder straps whatsoever! Sadly I will be returning it.
