Canada Post Update Dec 1, 2025

Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers have recently suspended strike/lockout activity as they continue negotiations. Well.ca will continue to monitor these developments, and in the meantime will rely on other carriers, in addition to limiting orders shipping with Canada Post.

If you live in an area only serviced by Canada Post or choose to ship to a PO Box, please be advised:

  • Packages may take longer than typical to be delivered by Canada Post due to rotating strike closures.
  • Well.ca cannot estimate or guarantee any seasonal delivery timelines provided by Canada Post.
  • Well.ca will not provide order refunds relating to extended delivery windows with Canada Post.
  • Shop early! Place your holiday orders early to ensure they get to you in time.
