NADH (Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells that is derived from vitamin B-3, also known as niacin. NADH is an essential cofactor for hundreds of biochemical reactions, and is used extensively in the production of cellular energy (ATP). NADH also plays a notable role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters in the brain. Recommended Dosage: Adult Dosage: Take 2 capsules daily. Take with 250 mL (1 cup) of water, 30 minutes before a meal. For use beyond 3 months, consult a healthcare practitioner.
