Acropolis Organics

Panagiotis Tsiriotakis brought the family tradition of olive oil making to the Canadian market in 2003 when he founded Acropolis Organics. Born in Toronto, Canada, Tsiriotakis returned with his parents to their native village of Vouves, Crete at the age of nine. Over the next 20 years he learned the ins and outs of the olive oil business: from picking to production to promotion. After completing a degree in business and marketing from London Guildhall University, Tsiriotakis came back to Toronto to share his prized family olive oil with North America.

For generations, the Tsiriotakis family has carried on the legacy of our ancestors, producing some of the purest, most delicious olive oil in the world. From tending fields and hand-picking olives, to first-cold-pressing the crop and packaging our bottles: every step of olive oil production is handled with meticulous attention to detail. Their family honour depends on it.
