Way to much Sodium...
Sodium levels in this are WAY TOO HIGH! It's practically your entire sodium allowance. Tried them once just to see how they were. MEH - won't be buying these again. KOYO ramen cups are better, with less sodium as were Lotus Foods ramen cups (too bad they were discontinued).

Please avoid my mistake
If you are gluten free and are looking for a confort food that reminds you of the good old real food, this is NOT the one to purchase. It's basically salt flavoured water. Avoid at all cost. Not worth the money.

Easy work lunch
I have been diagnosed celiac for over 10 years. I really missed ramen noodles. These taste almost like I remember them. The only difference is the powdered flavouring in this isn't as strong or flavourful. But these are great for easy work lunches.
