Easy to digest
These are awesome! I’ve wanted to take vitamin D for a long time, but they all made me constipated. This is the only one that doesn’t. With the addition of K2 and coconut oil, this is highly absorbable, and I’m already feeling the health benefits after taking for a couple weeks. Also, the capsule size is small, making them easy to swallow.

I am not sure if this is helping in any way, but we haven't used the entire bottle yet. I have read a lot about K2 combined with D3 will help your joints, which is why I purchased it. Will give it a try for a while to see how it goes.

Supplement works well for me however I bought 240 softgel with 1000UI +120mcg k2 for prize $36. From other compsny. I think the Well.ca prize is too high

perfect combination
Got these after seeing some experts online (Dr Been, The Friendly Pharmacy, Dr Philip Macmillan) talk about the importance of including K2 & fat with Vit D supplementation to prevent potential calcification. The does the trick as it has the right dosage of all 3. I add a few more additional Vit D pills at same time to get optimal daily dosage. The brand seems reliable and when on sale the price was great.
