Not good too many failures after one recharge
This in not the first time Duracell rechargeable batteries have failed on me within a month, After running my Xmas lights once on a new set they will no longer charge and give me a flashing red light on the Duracell charger as well as on my Energiser charger, I have had Energiser batteries for years without a problem and many recharges, also my very old Duracell Stay-Charged batteries are still working fine.
I have now been told by a sales person to only buy Energiser Batteries as they are more reliable. Whatever happened to the BUNNY, it seems it changed into a Snail.
Duracell was once the Name to go with, but no longer.

Durable
Of all the rechargeable batteries I've used over the years (including those in packs), the only ones that have lasted have been Duracell's. Even the Chinese made ones have been more durable than all the rest (but I have not had any of those for more than a year or so). Please do make them in Japan as much as possible - that's one reason I tried using your batteries in the first place.

Good Quality
I bought these batteries to play my gameboy. The regular batteries from the store used to last me about 8 hours of game play before crapping out. These Duracell batteries lasted me 22 hours before dying. Since I can recharge them, the Duracell batteries are such a good deal.

On the large size to fit in some applications
I use the AA version in several pieces of equipment, camera flash units and a prosumer grade digital audio recorder among them. With a few of these, the Duracells rechargeables are a tight fit, making smooth loading and unloading go not so smoothly. In a few units, I get worried I'm forcing the cover of the battery compartment to close it because of the length, and these covers are fragile in nature to begin with. I did break one cover because of all the resistance once closed. When I go back to my alkalines by Duracell or another well regarded brand, they fit easily.
I visibly can see they are tight because the skin of several of these batteries is getting stuck in the battery compartments and peeling up, so that just makes them more difficult to handle.

Doesn't Charge
I was expecting a little more from such a good brand. When I put them on the charger, red light flashed and doesn't charge. Very disappointed!

Wont charge
These batteries are a great idea but Duracell has completely missed the mark. Even brand new, more often than not they will not charge. The red light flashes. I have 4 sets at home and 3 sets at work and half of them will not charge. (note on the trust, they make good products in general but this particular product is very sub standard and should be pulled or corrected)

Not good for remote phones
I bought a couple of packets of Duracell rechargeable batteries. After less than 6 months in the remote phones, the batteries died. I tried to recharge them in a proper charger - no luck. The original batteries last for more than 2 years.
