Tastes great
Soy milk seems to have fallen out of favour somewhat, but it contains much more protein than other non-dairy milks, and is one of the most sustainable options. This has minimal ingredients and tastes great. Since it doesn't have stabilizers added, I do find it tends to curdle in hot liquids (I drink my coffee black or with coconut milk), but this is great with cereal, in a smoothie, or drinking as is.

Instant Pot Yougurt
Edensoy Unsweetened Soymilk and freeze-dried yogurt culture make pretty good vegan yogurt in the Instant Pot. About 1/4 tsp culture powder (with no additives) per quart, or 1/8 tsp per pint jar (I use leftover nut butter jars, uncovered). About 10 hours on the yogurt setting of my Instant Pot with a plain glass cover.

Great Taste
As a vegan and having tried numerous vegan organic milk products over the years, this one is by far the very best tasting one........ I would not buy any other brand...... the taste is creamy, does not smell of soy beans, just a great drink.... I also use it in all of my soups and baking.....

What all soy milks should be
One of the very few soy milks with no sugar added and no other odd additive. They are flying off the shelves here so I'm glad well.ca is now stocking those better.

Best soy milk
I love that the ingredient list is simple, healthy, and to the point. I hate finding ingredient lists the length of a novel on almost all alternative milk beverages. All those gums/fillers upset my stomach, but this one doesn’t have those!!

My Favourite Soymilk
Edensoy Organic Unsweetened Soymilk is the only soymilk that I use. It has only two simple ingredients: purified water and organic soybeans. It's also glutenfree. The taste and texture are excellent too.

It froths!
Taste amazing - nutty and naturally sweet. I like to add some maple syrup
Perfect ingredients - just two! water and soybeans!
It froths!! - I use a milk frother on this and it makes the creamiest froth ever!
Tip: use a strainer if you plan to make hot chocolate with this soy milk because some of the milk curdles in the heat and creates tofu (?) skin!
