Rated 5 out of 5 by from Senior skin rejoice To be honest I was never enamoured with the oil cleansing method, I tried it with other products but it always left my skin feeling sucked dry. After consulting with the company, I took a chance on this one because it is for sensitive and mature skin, ie over 65, a little richer formulation. I want to switch over to more of their products but she recommended to begin with one of the Best Skin Ever products. I think this was the only one that did not have coconut in it. I am finding it takes off make up well. I simply massage two or three pumps all over dry skin for a few minutes and then wipe it off with a hot washcloth. The last few days I have also been doing this in the morning with good effect. To moisturize, I simply follow with one pump of this same product and my moisture barrier seems restored. I also find the sent addicting and the whole experience very spa like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You won't regret it I, like many, fell in love with the Seabuckthorn BSE IMMEDIATELY after trying it. It took some getting used to initially but I have not used a soap based cleanser on my very acne-prone skin in 4 months now. I found I was still experiencing small surface pimples and blackheads so I reached out to Living Libations beauty support team and they suggested I try either Sandalwood or Imortelle as these two BSE's don't use coconut oil. I purchased Sandalwood 3 months ago and have used it twice daily since then - aside from a few minor breakouts which is completely normal for me, my skin has been absolutely loving this product and I love using more than I can express. In the morning I wet a cotton round with warm water, ring it out, and apply a pump of this BSE to wash my face (@Noyskincare method). In the evening, I use a double cleansing method (@inspirebeautyshop) where I apply the oil straight onto my face, and remove it with a warm wet Living Libations organic hemp face cloth. If you're new to oil cleansing, play around with different methods to find what works for you. I also apply one pump of this oil after my skincare routine some evenings when I feel my skin needs extra support/ hydration. This oil feels a lot lighter on the skin than the Seabuckthorn BSE, and most other oils I've tried. This oil smells and feels absolutely amazing, I will definitely be re-purchasing.
