New Nighttime Staple
I’m not usually a mouth tape girl but this one changed my mind. It’s cute and doesn’t make me feel like I’m doing some weird biohacking experiment. I’ve been using it for the past week and I swear I’ve been waking up way less puffy and actually feeling rested which is rare. Also it’s not too sticky or uncomfortable. I can still breathe through my mouth if I need to and I don’t feel like I’m being suffocated in my sleep lol. If you’re even remotely curious about trying mouth tape but hate the aggressive wellness vibes most of them give off, this one feels really normal and low-key. Big fan.

Beware if sensitive skin
Unfortunately I developed a painful rash around my lips after using once so had to discontinue using. I did like the slit and the idea of the product.

Love this mouth tape!
I love this mouth tape! Sticks great and stays firmly on all night, even when applied over a thin layer of lip balm. I am a mouth taper at night and I have tried other brands and even other ones from this same brand, and this one is probably one of my top 2 favorites I have used. They stick well, the remove easily without irritating the skin, and they stay in place all night. I will definitely keep purchasing these ones.

Best mouth tape on the market
Mintier Mouth Tape is a game-changer! I have very sensitive skin and was worried about irritation, but the hypoallergenic adhesive is gentle and leaves zero redness even after a full night’s sleep. It stays put, feels light, and helps me wake up refreshed. Highly recommend!
