Anxiety is something I deal wth daily, and IâÂÂm always looking for non-prescription options to help manage the symptoms. L-Theanine is fantastic for helping to calm the âÂÂhamster in the wheelâ brain (that swirling, rapid-thought pattern that is so exhausting!). This product is good quality and reasonably priced in my opinion. I use just one or two capsules daily, depending on my anxiety level, and it really helps to calm my nerves and my brain WITHOUT feeling dopey or drowsy or disoriented, helps me to focus on tasks, and when taken before bed it helps me to sleep more peacefully.

Organika L-Theanine — Calms the mind without knocking you out
I started taking Organika L-Theanine to smooth out the caffeine edge from my morning coffee and to calm my nervous system. At 225 mg per capsule, it’s the right strength, not too strong, not too weak.
When I take it with coffee, I feel more even-keeled through the day instead of wired or anxious. It doesn’t make me sleepy, just calmer and more focused. At night it’s hit or miss for me; it doesn’t knock me out, but sometimes it helps me stay asleep a bit deeper.
It’s clean, no junk ingredients, and easy on the stomach. If you deal with stress, tension, or caffeine jitters, this is a solid option to try.

I first bought this product as it came recommended from my naturopath to help reduce my anxiety, especially before bed or first thing in the morning. It drastically reduces the physical feeling of anxiety and also helps to quiet my brain, which makes it so much easier to fall asleep! I never feel drowsy when taking L-theanine, only super relaxed. I highly recommend this product!

good choice
I've been using l-theanine for years, & find most products comparable. This one is an especially good buy, a little lower in dose than 250 mg capsules, but similarly effective, and lower in cost. I recommend it.
