Excellent protection from moisture
This is a great barrier cream. Its smells nice and does an excellent job of keeping the little ones diaper area protected from moisture and prevents diaper rashes. My child is a toddler now and I still use it occasionally.

Love this product!
I grew up using the Penaten ointment as a child and I know use this everyday on my son since he was a baby. It's a great barrier protector for his gentle skin and I love the squeeze tube as it keeps clean and stays mess free in my diaper bag!

Purchased based on recommendation
I bought this based on a recommendation, but forgot to check the ingredient list. It's basically expensive petroleum jelly. I don't like the idea of putting a petroleum product on my baby's bum so this won't get much use.

Ok
I have 2 daughters and this cream worked great for one and terrible for the other. It coats great to protect the bum and cleared up a rash on my one daughter very quickly but for the other it made her rash much much worse.

I have used this product for both my kids and still use it when they develop rashes or have any kind of irritations. One treatment overnight and it takes all the pains away. It goes on very thick and lasts until it is wiped away. I love this product and I think every house hold should have it on hand.

Penaten Daily Clear Protect Cream
When my kids were babies and Toddlers, there wasn't a diaper change they didn't go without having penaten put on. Very rarely did they ever have rashes and I than the Penaten brand for that. When rashes did happen, we used the thicker cream. I cannot say enough great things for the daily and every change use though. This product helped protect the children's sensitive little bottoms (which were very easily irritated without cream)
