Measure your results. Step 1: Record your baseline blood pressure before introducing PreCardix️® using a blood pressure monitor approved by Hypertension Canada. Step 2: Take PreCardix️® as directed. Step 3: Record your blood pressure at the end of each week. Step 4: Compare week eight blood pressure to your baseline. Step 5: Review results with your health care provider.

Amazing!
Tried this due to unstable blood pressure. By the e d of March, my BP started stabilizing and now it never went higher than 130/90. Noticed too that ever since I took it, the migraine attack once a month was gone. My sleep quality improved as well.
