Unfortunately not for me. Likely depends on the size of your mouth. It actually cut my mouth at the front - the webbing part between my lip and front teeth on the bottom, so it really wasn't useable for me.
Besides that, seems like it would work out great if you have a larger/taller teeth or jaw structure maybe.

This fantastic! I have been buying mouth guards for years as I clench my teeth at night. Most mouth guards are clumsy and you need to soak in hot water first for them to take an impression. these fit perfectly with 3 different adjustments, Good job !!!!!

USELESS, this product does not create a custom fit, It is floppy and requires a constant pressure to remain in your mouth. The hard edges dig into gums and inner cheek. I have worn several different types of retainers and guards ( orthodontic, sleep, sport) this is the worst.
