This Cola Syrup is prepared in Montreal in small batches. It is made with citrus and spiced organic essential oils, which gives it a herbal flavour and delicate acidity. Cola Maison is a syrup concentrate that is to be mixed with sparkling water. A bottle makes up to 25 drinks.

2-3 oz. of soda/neutral sparkling water

Very thin for a syrup. You have to use a large amount to get any flavour. The flavour is another story too.....not good at all, very medicinal tasting and not cola like at all. I thought it would be similar to Brio but not even close. Not a delicious product and would not recommend

Delicious! It's a really nice flavour IF you like natural cola flavour. If you like natural colas, this is a terrific syrup. It's a bit thinner than some of the commercial syrups but I'm ok with that. Yum.
