A combination of passion flower, lemon balm and Zinc, Passion flower is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve restlessness and or nervousness (calmative) and as a sleep aid during times of mental stress.

Recommended Dosage: Adolescents and adults 13 years and older: 4 sprays in the mouth,  up to 3 times daily. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Store at room temperature (below 25°C) in a dry place.
