Crickets
Found a cricket in my puffs, I thought it was supposed to be a ground type of cricket blended in however it was not.

Very Good, hard to convince people
It isn't loudly proclaimed on the package ,but contains crickets protein. I find it is very good, but it's hard to convince people to try them. Also note that it states that if you are allergic to shellfish you might not be able to eat these. I love these and will buy them again
