Adrien Gagnon Brewer's Yeast is a food supplement that is a source of proteins and amino acids; B-Complex vitamins and minerals, mainly potassium, phosphorus and iron.

- Brewer's yeast is obtained from malt fermentation and may contain traces of gluten. Do not use if you have gluten intolerance (celiac disease). Contains tyramine. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking antidepressants.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 2 to 3 tablets 3 times daily, with a meal.

Work amazing for breastfeeding!
Bought these in hopes they would help increase my breast milk supply. I’ve tried all kinds of other supplements and none of them work like these! I’m amazed! Even after the first dose of taking them I noticed I had more milk. Recommend for any breastfeeding mamas looking for a boost!
